Please be noted that to reinstate your Lithuanian citizenship by descent, your Lithuanian ancestor (great grandparent, grandparent or parent) must had lived in Lithuania during the period of 2 November 1918 and 15 June 1940; and had fled Lithuania before 11 March 1990.
